C Building (the “Platform”, at cbuilding.ai) is a product of, and is operated by, Goldiapple LLC. We value your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, protect and share your personal information. By using the Platform’s services, you agree to this policy.

• Account information: your e-mail address, your password (stored encrypted), company name, contact person’s name and similar details.
• Third-party sign-in information: your public name, e-mail address and profile picture, obtained when you sign in with Google or Facebook. We do not obtain your social media password.
• Website content: the text, images, settings and other website content you create.
• Payment information: subscription transaction records. Payments are processed by Stripe; the Platform does not directly store credit card numbers.
• Usage records: activity logs, IP addresses, and browser and device information.
• Lead data: visitor messages and inquiries collected through the websites you create.

3. How we use information

• To provide, maintain and improve the service, and to handle registration, sign-in and identity verification.
• To process subscription payments and billing, and to send service notices and security alerts and handle customer support requests.
• To analyze how the service is used, improve the experience, prevent fraud and keep the Platform secure.

4. Sharing and disclosure of information

We do not sell your personal information. To operate the service, we may share information, to the extent necessary, with service providers such as cloud hosting, payment and e-mail providers; some of these providers’ servers may be located outside Taiwan. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect the safety of users and the public, or with your explicit consent.

5. Data security

We take reasonable technical and administrative measures, including HTTPS/SSL encryption in transit, one-way encryption of passwords, access control, security reviews, system updates and isolation of each business’s data.

The Platform uses cookies and similar technologies to remember your sign-in status and preferences. You can manage cookies in your browser, but disabling them may affect some features.

Subject to applicable law, you may request to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, and you may withdraw your consent to the processing of your data. Please make your request using the contact details below.

8. Children’s privacy

The Platform is intended for business users and is not directed at children under the age of 16. If we discover that we have inadvertently collected information from a minor, we will delete it as soon as possible.
