1. Description of the service

C Building (小C建站, cbuilding.ai) is an AI-powered website-building platform owned by Goldiapple LLC. It provides AI website generation, visual editing, website publishing, domain binding, lead collection and related services.

2. Accounts and registration

• You must register an account and provide true and accurate information.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials, and you may not transfer or lend your account to others.
• Each person or business may register only one account.

3. Subscriptions and payment

• The platform offers a free trial and paid plans. Payments are processed by Stripe.
• Subscriptions are paid as one-time purchases and are not charged automatically when they expire. To continue the service, please renew manually.
• If a subscription expires without being renewed, some features may be restricted, but the websites and data you have already created will not be deleted as a result.
• As a rule, payments for a paid period are non-refundable. For duplicate charges, incorrect amounts or system errors, please contact [email protected] within 30 days.

4. User content

• The intellectual property rights in the website content you create belong to you. You authorize the platform to store, process and transmit your content to the extent necessary to provide the service.
• You must ensure that the content you upload and publish is lawful and does not infringe the rights of any third party. You may not publish illegal, infringing, pornographic, violent, fraudulent or phishing content, or malicious code.
• AI-generated content is for reference only. You should check it yourself for legality and accuracy before publishing.
• If you find content that violates these terms, you can report it through the website’s reporting feature or by e-mail to [email protected].

5. Platform rights

For websites and content suspected of being illegal or of violating these terms, the platform may suspend them, take them down, restrict features or deactivate the account. You may appeal via [email protected]. The platform also reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate any part of the service.

6. Disclaimer

The service is provided as is. We do not guarantee that it will be entirely uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, the platform is not liable for interruptions caused by force majeure or for indirect losses arising from the use of the service.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms and publish the updates on this page. If you continue to use the service after the updated terms take effect, you accept the updated terms.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). Both parties agree that the Taipei District Court shall have jurisdiction as the court of first instance.
